The Creek and the Cave, an eats and entertainment institution in Long Island City, is celebrating ten years today.

The Creek has served LIC’s myriad communities for years. The downstairs bar and lounge areas have hosted meetings of various community groups, including Queens Green Drinks and the QNSalson; the restaurant has served up tasty Cal-Mex grub for years, soothing the cravings of transplanted Californians; and the performance space has evolved to become a comedy and music destination in the neighborhood for locals and visitors alike, drawing big names like Saturday Night Live star Colin Quinn (who wrapped up a week-long residency yesterday). In fact, this past Tuesday night, the club had a surprise appearance from none other than Jerry Seinfeld.

Join them tonight for what is likely to be quite a memorable show and party – and they’re commemorating the club’s history with the Creek Awards (vote for your favorites online)!
