QNYC event highlight - nacho and craft beer festival at Alewife in LIC

Nacho and Craft Beer Festival – Starting at noon today, the inaugural Nacho & Craft Beer Festival takes place at Alewife, a gastropub in Long Island City. You’ll get to enjoy offerings from over two dozen craft breweries along with a crazy huge buffet of nachos made by the kitchen at Alewife. There are three sessions today, noon-3pm, 3-6pm and 6-9pm. With your ticket you get two trips to the massive nacho bar for two plates full of nachos, complete with topping you pick yourself, a hot sauce sampling, your choice among ten craft beers, and half off on additional beer.
