Brooklyn Cupcake opens in LIC

Award-winning Brooklyn Cupcake has opened in Long Island City; they’ve been open there since the end of December. They are located at the Uncle Louis G’s spot on 48th Ave (GMAP), which is currently closed.

With flavors like Tres Leches, Dulce de Leche, Flan, Coquito, Guava Con Queso, Mango, Rainbow Cookie, Tiramisu and the signature Brooklyn Red Velvet! These strong, determined Latinas are infusing the flavors of their Puerto Rican and Italian roots into their baked goods.

They consider their cupcakes to be “urban and edgy” and they join Buttercup Bake Shop as the cupcakeries in LIC. We look forward to checking them out!
