Question of the day - would you consider moving to an "up and coming" neighborhood?

Last week we told you about a Manhattanite who moved to Ridgewood, in part because the broker told her it is an “up and coming” neighborhood. She likes it a lot but we know from other conversations we’ve had that “up and coming” doesn’t appeal to everyone. How about you – would you move to a neighborhood because it’s “up and coming” or would you prefer to live in a more established area?
