If you’ve ever spent time waiting on the upper level of Queensboro Plaza, looking north, you’ve probably spotted Crescent Club, a tall (17 stories! 130 units!) residential building near Queens Plaza North (41-17 Crescent Street – GMAP). When they were first conceived they were condos; later they were transformed to rental apartments. And now Real Estate Weekly reports the 100th lease signing has been announced, which is a big milestone for the building.

Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, the building’s marketing and leasing agent, says, “The continued leasing success at Crescent Club further demonstrates the wide-spread appeal of this unique lifestyle offering, as well as the growing market recognition of Long Island City as a viable residential alternative.”

We were recently asked if Crescent Club still had a pool – and the answer is yes, indeed they do. It’s outdoors, which has its drawbacks during the cold winter, but it’s a great amenity in the summer. 1 bedrooms go for around $2,500.

Congrats on your milestone, Crescent Club!
