Listing of the Day: Unit 423 at The Powerhouse

This fourth-floor one-bedroom at 2-17 51st Avenue (aka The Powerhouse) is a handsome apartment, no doubt about it. It’s got 888 square feet of space, lots of big windows, attractive finishes, etc. But man, we had no idea that prices were pushing $850 a square foot in this part of town. A perusal of active listings on StreetEasy, however, reveals that indeed most of the active sales listings are priced at between $800 and $900 a foot. Impressive.
