Closing Bell: Is the SCA Damaging Trees?


The School Construction Authority purchased the former St. Aloysius school at 360 Seneca Ave in Ridgewood and is preparing to demolish the building before building a new elementary school. But Queens Crap found another potential victim of the demolition: nearby trees that were being disrupted by the scaffolding. In a follow-up post, the blog saw a Parks official directing some modifications that would give the trees some breathing room, but it could be too late. GMAP
