Listing of the Day: 54-17 31st Avenue

This prewar co-op at 54-17 31st Avenue in Woodside has three bedrooms and one bathroom and was recently renovated. The 1930s building, Boulevard Gardens, was designed by Theobald Henry Engelhardt, the son of Brooklyn’s well-known architect Theobald M. Engelhardt. It has a children’s playground with sprinkler pool as well as an indoor playroom, storage, and bike storage. It’s also close to Astoria and the R, which gets you into Manhattan or to Woodside’s excellent restaurants and Jackson Heights quickly. Do you think it’s a good deal for $379,000?

  • I live in a 2 BR at Boulevard Gardens (which go for between $250-270k depending on if they have been renovated) and it is a great place to live. Easy to commute to the city as you have access to the M & R trains at Northern Blvd and can change to the E at Queens Plaza.
