An Astoria development site that includes 14-01, 14-07, and 14-19 Broadway is on the market for $11,250,000. The property has 78,342 square feet of air rights and 182 feet of frontage, according to broker Ariel Property Advisors. The site includes an auto repair shop with an expiring lease, a vacant lot and a vacant one-story garage. The zoning allows for both residential and commercial space and the current owner, 14-19 Broadway LLC, got approval in 2008 for a seven-story mixed-use project. It’s across the street from Long Island City High School and near the N and Q subway lines.
