Great place and they forgot to mention one of my favorite features of Hawthorne Court – the elevator opens up right into the apartment. Jackson Heights remains a great deal compared to the rest of the city, this one won’t last long…

It sold for 510,000 in July 2009.
The one listed here is also really well-renovated and it has 3 br/2 ba…I don’t think 690k is a crazy ask at all.

These JH places are the apts people want to buy, so I’m not surprised they’re featuring them a lot.
