This particular unit appears to have all its original moldings and doors, including French doors, as well as the original bathroom, although there are no photos of the kitchen. Centrally located in the historic district, Willow Court was built in 1915 by George H. Wells and became a co-op in 1920. Going by the apartment number, this unit appears to be on the second floor, but even so it seems well priced at $275,000. What do you think of it?
