Tacos Santa Fe opened at 47-08 47th Avenue according to the Sunnyside Post. The restaurant serves tacos and other Mexican foods at a front window counter.
Arepas Cafe opened its second location, Arepas Grill, at 21-19 Broadway. The Venezulean cafe will serve the same menu for the next couple weeks until Mediterranean and Caribbean flavors are added. DNainfo reports that Astoria staple Taverna Kyclades (pictured above) is opening its second location in the East Village at 228 First Ave. At first, the restaurant will serve the same menu as its Queens location.
Long Island City
Sensory City, a new children’s gym and occupational therapy center opened at 11-11 44th Road. The play center, focused on pediatric occupational therapy, will feature climbing walls, swings and a zip line.
