Patio of M. Wells Steakhouse in Court Square Under Construction

The M. Wells folks were out over the weekend working on the patio of the steakhouse they have in the works in an old garage across the street from the Linc; The Linc’s developer, Rockrose, also owns the garage and is developing another large residential building next door. As The Times reported back in March, in addition to the outdoor area, the new spot at 43-15 Crescent Street will have about 80 seats indoors. The new restaurant seems pre-destined to be a hit. After, as co-founder Hugue Dufour told Curbed last week with just a hint of understatement, “The neighborhood is slightly underserved when it comes to restaurants.”GMAP
