St. John's Hospital Complex Hits the Market Asking $55 Million

Pay attention because this is bound to be one of the biggest deals of the year. Massey Knakal has just listed the former St. John’s Hospital building and parking garage at 9002 Queens Boulevard for a cool $55,000,000. The seven-story former hospital building, which has already been gutted and given new windows, has approximately 266,000 square feet of space; the parking garage is five stories. There are BSA-approved plans in place for a mixed-use conversion that would include almost 150,000 square feet of residential, about 35,000 square feet of medical facilities on the 2nd floor and more than 80,000 square feet of retail on the ground level.
