27 on 27th Is Now Fully Leased

After six months on the market, Long Island City rental building 27 on 27th is fully leased. The Real Deal reports that the 142-unit development, with a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms, was priced between $1,873 and $3,413 a month. A representative at Aptsandlofts.com told us that they saw an extremely strong turnout for the building. (Check out those shiny new interiors here.) The rental tower features a movie screening room, a bar, and two outdoor terraces.
