Remember the building we said was so bad it was good? Well, it’s for sale now with Shabbir Realty. The property hasn’t made it onto the realtor’s website but we called the numbers on the sign and found out the asking price: $599,000. According to Property Shark, the building, which at one point housed the Sunnyside Grocery on the ground floor, the existing structure is built to 3,800 square feet. We also took at look at the DOB records for this address and were interested to see that there wasn’t anything on file. GMAP
