When we checked in on the facade of 4610 Center Boulevard, the fifth glassy LIC tower from TF Cornerstone, back in late June, windows had just started to go in on the small street-side section of the building. When we went by this past weekend, about half of the main building was sheathed in the shiny stuff. Extrapolating, we’d guess that the entire 585-unit structure should be covered up sometime in October.
