Hotel Taking Shape at 39-16 College Point Boulevard

Directly across Roosevelt Avenue from the gigantic mixed-use development known as Sky View, a 12-story hotel is starting to take shape. Located at 39-16 College Point Boulevard, the project received zoning approval in 2009. According to the DOB permit, there will be a total of about 45,000 square feet of space.
