Hoyt Plaza Development Has Topped Out, Will Start Renting This Winter

An 11-story building in Astoria overlooking the Triboro Bridge (sorry, the RFK Bridge) onramp has topped out and, according to the project’s website, will begin renting this winter. Hoyt Plaza, as it’s being called, is located at 27-18 Hoyt Avenue South and will include 34 apartments in addition to about 5,000 square feet of community facility space as per the DOB permit.
