It hasn’t hit public records yet, but we got a tip that the high profile commercial property at the corner of Jamaica Avenue and 168th Street in Downtown Jamaica is in contract to be sold; ABC Realty is the buyer. (It had been on the market with Massey Knakal for $6.5 million.) The new owner has just put the entire six-story, 30,000-square-foot building on the market. The ground-floor tenant will be out soon so we’re wondering what kind of retail tenant you’d like to see there. Thoughts? GMAP
