Slow Going at the TD Bank Site in Maspeth

Right next to this rising Maspeth building is a much larger corner lot on Grand Avenue and 74th Street. It’ll someday be a one-story, 2,939-square-foot TD Bank. From the signage and this website, it looks like this will be a green building. (TD Bank has a good record of constructing environmentally friendly buildings.) The Department of Buildings issued new building permits this July. The site, however, looks pretty quiet. No word on when construction will actually wrap. GMAP
