Not Quite Ready at The Maximilian

Since the Maximilian started leasing earlier this week, we thought of checking up on the development at 5-11 47th Avenue. Construction’s not quite finished — the upper portion of the building is still under wraps. After the jump, you can see a picture of balconies that have yet to be installed, along with a rendering of the finished product. Rental units here are priced from $1,975 to $3,490 a month.
