Pat Boone Performs at the Queensborough Performing Arts Center this Sunday

He’s the original American Idol! As a singer, actor, TV host, producer, songwriter, author, motivational speaker, pitchman, radio personality and humanitarian, Pat Boone has touched almost every aspect of popular culture over his career, which began when Elvis was getting started. He has sold more than 45 million records, had 38 top 40 hits, and starred in 14 major motion pictures. Billboard Magazine listed him as the #10 rock recording artist in history (ahead of Madonna), probably because he holds the Billboard record for spending 220 consecutive weeks on the charts with one or more songs each week. This Sunday, Boone adds another feather to his cap with a one-time-only performance at the Queensborough Performing Arts Center.
