Six-Story Build for 23-11 31st Street

A few doors down from the plagued Astoria medical development, the empty lot at 23-11 31st Street is waiting to be built up. The Department of Buildings approved plans for a six-story, 10-unit mixed use building in the summer of 2012. The DOB hasn’t issued new building permits for the development yet, but there was a little more DOB action throughout this summer. The architect on record is John Carusone Architect. GMAP
