Closing Bell: Vision Session for Travers Park

A Travers Park vision session is scheduled for Saturday, October 26th, 11 am to 1 pm, in the IS 145 Cafeteria (33-34 80th Street). A post in Jackson Heights Life says this about the event: “It has been a long road to expand open space in Jackson Heights. At last, the time has come for the community to have a say in the design of the new play field, the 78th Street Pedestrian Plaza and the existing Travers Park.
