Demo for Warehouse on 45th Avenue, Six-Story Build Will Rise in its Place

The warehouse at 11-35 45th Avenue is going down, a few months after the DOB approved demolition permits. (You can’t tell from the photo but there were construction workers at the site when we stopped by late last week.) The developers submitted plans for a six-story, 38-unit build but the DOB has not yet issued new building permits. The architect on record is Raymond Chan Architect P.C., who is responsible for these boxy, glassy designs. As previously reported, the developer Murray Park North LLC bought the building this summer for $5,000,000.
