Hotel Tops off at 21st Street and 44th Avenue

The under-construction hotel at 44-04 21st Street, on the corner of 44th Avenue, has reached full height. The DOB plans show that the owner built an extra three stories on top of an existing one-story commercial building. (It used to be a check-cashing joint.) It’ll have a total of 89 units — no word what hotel brand will operate out of the space.
