Popular LIC coffee shop Coffeed, at 37-18 Northern Boulevard, has exciting expansion plans in the works. DNAinfo reports that the company will open a new pizza shop in Jamaica Market this week. It’ll be called Fetta and will serve at least three types of pizza every day, including a margherita, meat and veggie pie. The pizzas will feature tomatoes and other vegetables from Brooklyn Grange, who also supplies the LIC location of Coffeed. Slices will cost less than $3. The owners also plan to open a coffee shop and large-scale roasting facility somewhere around Jamaica, although those plans are not finalized.

But wait, there’s more! According to the Coffeed Facebook page, the owners will open an open-air restaurant in Hunters Point South Park. A call to the cafe revealed that it should open next spring. There will be an espresso machine, table service, kitchen and bar. The new spot will be called LIC Landing. Exciting stuff!
