What's up at the Carlos Pino Residence?

A recent stop by the three-family development at 9-04 33rd Road (right across the street from the Noguchi Museum) revealed no change since we visited in June. A sign on the construction fence dubs this the “Carlos Pino Residence” and lists an ETA of this past summer. Has anyone seen signs of work here as of late? And who is Carlos Pino?
