Big Tower Planned for Northern Boulevard

A 44-story, 415-unit tower is slated for 29-32 Northern Boulevard, right off Queens Plaza North. BuzzBuzzHome reports that the Rabsky Group and architects SBJ Group are behind the project. According to a building application, the development will include bike storage, parking, ground-floor commercial space, an exercise room, pool, lounge and a roof deck. No word whether it will hold rental or condo units. Public records show The Rabinsky Group closed on this parcel earlier this month for the major sum of $35,000,000.
