Work is really moving along at Q41, the 108-unit affordable rental currently under construction at 23-10 41st Avenue in Long Island City. The development is actually part of the city’s Housing Asset Renewal Program, a program designed to convert stalled condo sites into affordable housing. The city accepted applications for the studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, priced between $1,103 and $2,186 a month, over the summer. It looks like residents will be able to move in any day now!
