Real Estate Weekly reports that the The Criterion Group sold two Astoria rental buildings, 30-50 21st Street (pictured) and 11-15 Broadway, to an unnamed buyer for $60,000,000. 11-15 Broadway has 80 units over eight stories, 30-50 21st Street has eight stories and 65 units. Both of these new-construction developments have 24-hour doormen, on-site parking, a fitness center and roof deck access. According to a sale representative, “Recent activity in the dynamic Astoria market reinforces the strong appeal of well located, high quality borough assets, which will continue to draw widespread investment and institutional focus into these markets.”
