The Department of Buildings approved new building permits for a seven-story, 22-unit build at 30-25 21st Street, in Astoria. It is designed by Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects Studio. According to a DOB application, the development will have 17,240 total square feet of residential space. It looks like foundation work’s just begun, although we couldn’t get a clear look inside the construction fence. The sign out front says this building will house condo units and wrap with construction in the summer of 2014. GMAP
$750/sf? I guess it makes sense when you look at LIC running $1000+/sf but still its high.
