Seven-Story, 62-Unit Development for 21st Street

A construction fence is up at 30-40 21st Street, right on the corner of 30th Road in Astoria. Here is what’s to come: a seven-story, 62-unit build with 42,499 square feet of residential space. The project architect is TKA Studio. The DOB has not yet issued new building permits, only permits to demolish the warehouse previously on site.
