More Details About the Development Coming to Former Post Office Site in Ridgewood

Wyckoff Heights uncovered a few more details about the development site at 16-14 Madison Street, right off Wyckoff Avenue in Ridgewood. Developers filed DOB plans for a seven-unit, 90-unit building designed by KSQ Architecture. (Those architects are also responsible for 360 Smith Street and 255 4th Avenue, in Brooklyn.) It’ll be a total of 63,000 square feet and 45 parking spaces. Developers filed demolition permits for the post office building on site in December, they purchased it in September for $4,700,000.
