This looks like a hotel off the freeway in the suburbs of Cleveland.
It really doesn’t. This picture doesn’t do the property justice. The brickwork has some nice detail, and the silver tower part looks great against the dark brick.
“20 percent of which will be priced affordably”. Does that mean the rest will be unaffordable? : )
