That’s followed by a $2,800,000 home in Howard Beach, this $2,500,000 penthouse at The View, a $2,500,000 beach house in the Rockaways, and a $2,300,000 property in Beechhurst with a home theater. Finishing out the list, there’s a lovely-looking home in Jamaica Estates asking $2,200,000, a Forest Hills house asking $2,150,000, a brick mansion in Beechurst priced at $2,000,000, a duplex condo at Forest Hills’ Pinnacle Condominium building, also asking $2,000,000, and finally a ten-room home in Forest Hills: $1,600,000.
