Work Picks Up for Future Purves Street Tower

The above photo comes from The Court Square Blog of the massive development site 44-35 and 44-51 Purves Street, off of Jackson Avenue. About a month ago we spotted site work here, now it looks like construction is in full swing. Exciting stuff! The developer plans to build a 22-story, 121-unit residential tower. The next door lot, owned by the very same developer, will be a 28-story, 158-unit tower. Both parcels sold this summer for $32,200,000.
