Front Toward Enemy, Now Open on 30th Avenue, is Astoria's Newest Cocktail Bar

Astoria has a new fancy cocktail bar! Front Toward Enemy opened earlier this month at 40-11 30th Avenue, between Steinway and 41st Streets. The joint also serves food, with a menu that includes cheeses, oysters, charcuterie, and entrees like braised lamb shoulder, a sirloin steak and wild mushroom risotto. The cocktail menu is especially interesting, with picks like the Rockefeller (rum, lemon, honey, ginger and bitters) and the Chinese Finger Trap (mezcal, rhum agricole, maraschino, cinnamon and bitters).
