The Mongolian restaurant Little Lamb just opened at the SkyView Center in Flushing, making this the restaurant’s first outpost in New York City and its flagship U.S. location. Little Lamb is located in 600 different locations worldwide; the only other location in the country is Boston. The SkyView space is a total of 3,700 square feet with three private dining rooms. The restaurant is known for its hot-pot dishes, which involve customers selecting a type of broth and several different types of food to simmer and cook in the broth. Other menu items include a Mongolian barbecue section, featuring lamb chops and chicken wings, noodles, dumplings, meat pies and various Chinese dishes. The space is situated on level B between Chase Bank and Applebee’s.
