Work Begins at Eagle Loft Conversion Site

This week the Court Square Blog noticed work starting up at 43-22 Queens Street, Rockrose’s conversion project at the former Eagle Electric building. Scaffolding is up and crews started asbestos treatment on the building. The development, which includes a massive addition, will be a total of 520,000 square feet and hold 500 apartments. It’ll be rental, but there’s no word on when units will be ready for market.
