New York YIMBY is at it again, snagging lots of shiny renderings for the World-Wide Group’s under construction rental at 41-42 24th Street. See them all right after the jump! Perkins Eastman designed the building, which will rise 21 stories and hold 421 units and 8,707 square feet of commercial space. As New York YIMBY points out, the project marks a shift in big development from the waterfront (which is close to reaching full capacity) toward the Court Square area.

The developers announced building plans and released the first rendering back in September. They hope to finish up the project in 2015. Here’s a look at the construction site in late January.
