Bricks for the Uovo Art Storage Building

The art storage building at 41-54 22nd Street, off Queens Plaza North, has topped off and is getting bricked up. Fine-art storage company Uovo is constructing this massive 270,000-square-foot structure; it’ll have strict temperature and humidity controls and a ground floor located 16 feet above sea level. It’s supposed to open sometime this fall. We heard a rumor there’s been so much demand to store art here, Uovo is looking to build another storage facility somewhere in the city.
