No. 3 at Packard Square started leasing earlier this month, and recently we got to take a grand tour of the building and its amenity spaces. The 88 studio, alcove studio, one and two bedroom units are priced at $1,775, $2,125, $2,525 and $3,300 a month. So far 18 units (20 percent of the building)…
No. 3 at Packard Square started leasing earlier this month, and recently we got to take a grand tour of the building and its amenity spaces. The 88 studio, alcove studio, one and two bedroom units are priced at $1,775, $2,125, $2,525 and $3,300 a month. So far 18 units (20 percent of the building) are leased out, and Citi Habitats agents tell us they’ve shown the development to many first-timers to New York City. Potential renters seem to like the amenity spaces, which include a resident’s lounge, a roof deck with a BBQ (and some sweet views!) as well as a gym.

A one bedroom model unit. One bedrooms are asking $2,625 a month.

Just visited this space today. Its on the “other side of the train tracks” – which I have no problem with living in urban environments, its just very different than Court Square and the Waterfront (of course). It appears to have an absolute minimum of local conveniences. There are 3 new buildings going up around this location, so It is very very loud. The construction of the building is very shoddy.
This is such an awful, ugly and dangerously loud location. Spend another 5 minutes on the N/Q and live in a real neighborhood. AND PAY LESS.
