What do you think of this building at Myrtle and Kent? We like the red.
i can’t believe with all of the complaining about new development that is discussed on this site that anyone would dare have the nerve to say anything derogatory towards the “low income rentals” on st. johns. if converted brownstones (albeit stoopless ones) don’t cut it for you people, what DOES??
are some of you really that out of touch with reality that you’d criticize this and liken it to east new york???
what a horrible building. it reminds me of welfare housing you see in the outskirts of many eastern european cities. it’s actually so awful, it ‘s laughable.
Yea, this block is like a slice of East New York in the Slope.
