Yes!!! And then some. Astoria home sales are only rival to park slope and L.I.C…….bidding war for sure on a 1870 original Steinway brownstone that should of been land marked years ago….just inquired with broker offers were matched and above. It won’t last passed July.
Sad but true rob your so right, Astoria has lost the the family luster is held so dear while I was growing up in the 70s and 80s. You knew your neighbor’s now it’s just a passing for the hipsters who can’t afford Manhattan prices.
