Am i the only who noticed “exclusive” nature of the marketing of the Mill Basin development. They sure know their target demographic.
I live close by. I can only walk by and dream and I am a lawyer with a good income. He must be a physical therapist to the stars…or for the New York Knicks.
Re: $2M homes in MillBasin. Quotes a physical therapist buying one to be closer to work. Either I went into wrong field or just don’t know how to budget money.
And you folks thought was only WallSt and lawyers that could afford expesive homes.
