Sunset Park Alliance of Neighbors (SPAN) is having its first official meeting this Saturday to discuss the proposed 12-story development at 420 42nd St. (btwn 4th & 5th Aves) and out-of-context development in Sunset Park in general. 11am to 1pm, Trinity Lutheran Church, 4th Avenue between 45th and 46th Streets.
