  1. The building in the picture is not in bushwick. It was along the J line in the nameless neighborhood that lies North of BedStuy, East of “South Williamsburg” and and south of “East Williamsburg”.

    I was a bit sad to see it go but I knew it would eventually go since everything in this area is being torn down to create inward facing multiple family buildings.

  2. RE: the Gehry building on West Chelsea…..

    The general consensus on gothamist is right…..the structure doesn’t look so bad…by which I mean its inoffensive….However, the frosted white glass is horrific……it looks cheap and tacky……like something built for a film set rather than a permanent structure.
