Dear God, the end is truly near! I agree with the What on an issue. Don’t know whose fault it is – the non profit, or 2 Trees, but it does seem highly unfair to have 2 sets of standards. Goes back to the whole premise that poor folks have to prove they are worthy of anything, something people with more money never have to do.
I do disagree with the What’s constant blaming this site and Mr. B for all the evils of the real estate world. They are reported here, not generated here. Big difference.

This part is rich. you see why I hate this site! These Developers have been discriminating against people of color for years! I know that, I have seen it with my own eyes. And I hope this woman shoves it up Two Trees asses!
Woodard said administrators required credit checks for her and a 21-year-old son, the son’s college transcripts, her divorce papers from 1991, a complete medical history, three months of utility bills and a home visit by an employee.
By comparison, applicants for market-rate housing at the Court St. building were required to provide a credit check, a two-page application form and a referral letter from the current landlord, said Woodard’s lawyer, Brent Meltzer.
